I found the complimentary airport shuttle service to be very punctual. The room was quite clean. I appreciated the modern design of the hotel (it felt fresh). The staff was helpful when I needed assistance with directions.
The location is not central. I needed transportation to reach the main city attractions.

the shuttle service ran smoothly to the airport. i found the room quite clean. the bed was comfy i slept well.
the tv offered only spanish channels i wanted english ones. the room lacked air conditioning it was too warm.

prompt shuttle helpful staff
I appreciated the prompt shuttle bus service. It got me to the airport quickly. The reception staff were helpful. The room was very clean. I liked also the quiet atmosphere.
The hotel lacked a restaurant on site. This facility exists at the sister hotel next door. I would have preferred an on-site option.

so so stay, issues needing address
spanish channels lack of air conditioning
the shuttle service ran fine, it was what i expected from an airport hotel.
the tv only had spanish channels, this really bother me. i couldn't watch anything because the remote didn't work right away and needed fixing, though it still showed nothing i understood. plus, the room lack air conditioning, is this normal?

the rooms appear beautiful. rates include a shuttle service , which i found useful. it made getting to the airport convenient. the breakfast had a decent variety of food.
i noticed the bathroom was not clean. the air conditioning was poor and noisy , , made for an uncomfortable night. these issues need attention. the cleanliness should improve.

The free shuttle service to the airport was punctual and efficient. My room was clean and well kept. I found it relaxing. The breakfast buffet had good variety, with hot and cold options. The staff helped me with directions to the nearby shopping center.
The television had only a few English channels.
