The hotel lacked a restaurant on site. This facility exists at the sister hotel next door. I would have preferred an on-site option.

the shuttle service ran fine, it was what i expected from an airport hotel.
the tv only had spanish channels, this really bother me. i couldn't watch anything because the remote didn't work right away and needed fixing, though it still showed nothing i understood. plus, the room lack air conditioning, is this normal?

the rooms appear beautiful. rates include a shuttle service , which i found useful. it made getting to the airport convenient. the breakfast had a decent variety of food.
i noticed the bathroom was not clean. the air conditioning was poor and noisy , , made for an uncomfortable night. these issues need attention. the cleanliness should improve.
